A stereo system is also provided. ONE mile away from Downtown, Restaurants, Major hospitals, and museums.   I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable.   You can count on me to be there for you. Midtown is known for its historic preservation, local and independent merchants, as well as diverse, welcoming neighbors. Cozy Midtown community is located just north of the central business district in downtown OKC. It features shopping, restaurants, bars, and many professional services.   We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.  Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay. No TV in the apartment but there is a stereo. Includes a full-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. You have front-door parking access. Coin-operated laundry in the basement and access to the coin-op laundry on request. Free use of 1 bike. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa. -No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s). -Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
