This apartment is attached to a ranch-style home, but has it's own entrance, separate from the main living quarters. The property, itself, is located in Union City, GA.. A suburb of ATL. It is 20 mins. from the downtown area, & only 12 mins. from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Someone is usually on the premises. If you are a person that works on or for any movie sets, here in Atlanta, my home is only 5 mins. from Atlanta Metro Studios & 20 mins. from Tyler Perry Studios. The Space: The home is positioned on a quiet & secluded street along with 6 other homes. Additionally, the apartment does offer parking for 2 mini to mid-sized vehicles. There is also a security system included. A green binder will be in the apartment providing you with restaurant, gym, shopping, and event recommendations; Police, fire, hospital, pharmacy, & Urgent Care numbers and locations; Rules for Apartment usage; Directions for mid-city Atlanta, and a number of other special touches. All I ask is that you treat the home with respect. Guest access: Guest will be provided with their own entrance door code and the same will be used for your personal security system for safety. Interactions with guest: I am just a phone call, text message, or email away if you should need anything. This information will be supplied upon acceptance of your booking. Overview: I am supper close to the Atlanta airport if you need to stay in the area. I am also 15 mins. away from the Camp Creek shopping area and additional eateries. Once again, the Atlanta Metro Studio is 5 mins. from my home and 20 mins. from Tyler Perry Studios. Cities that are near me include, College Park, Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Hapeville, Peachtree City, Riverdale, among many others in South Georgia. Getting Around: The apartment is only 5 mins. from lots of fast food options, a Walmart, a Big Lots, a Kroger's grocery store and many other specialty stores. It is 10 mins. from a Publix grocery store. Also, minutes from the nearest Post Office, Library, Police Department, and Fire Station #2. If you are without a car, no worries, as MARTA bus stops are available on the main road. The bus connects you to the College Park MARTA station. If UBER, LYFT, or any ride-share is your desired method of transportation, to the airport or the College Park MARTA Station, the cost is generally between $7-$11 from the apartment, and $20-$30 to downtown ATL.
