The master bedroom and spare queen bedroom have direct pool access! ***Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. -$50 per pet fee is required. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard. -House trained dogs ok, no cats. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence -No pets in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well. -No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes. -Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets. -Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250 fee. -Guests are required to clean grill grates and empty the grease trap after each use. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation. ~ Master Suite has king bed with 32 inch Smart TV. Private bathroom and shower. ~ Bedroom #2 has two memory foam adjustable twin beds with closet. This can be converted to a single king. LCD TV. Private bathroom with shower/tub combo. ~ Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with LCD TV.
