The main floor consists of the master bedroom suite featuring a king sized bed and sweeping views of the Swan River and Rocky Mountain range. The master bath includes a large jetted tub and custom tile shower. Also included on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen, dining room, great room with rock fireplace, library, 2 half baths, office and double car garage. The upstairs loft has comfortable seating room and desk with spectacular views through the floor to ceiling large picture windows. The downstairs level includes the first guest bedroom with a queen sized bed. The remaining 2 guest rooms each have 2 twin beds with one of the rooms featuring extra long mattresses. Downstairs bedrooms share 2 full baths. Also located downstairs is a den/TV room with wet bar and mini fridge. Situated on the large deck guests can enjoy coffee and a morning sunrise over the Swan Range of the Rocky Mountain peaks. The river is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoe and paddle boarding. Local rental companies will deliver watercraft to your vacation home.
