Parkview House

A completely rebuilt single level home on the east side of the city of Painesville. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with the backyard overlooking Recreation Park and the Grand River. Guest will have access to the whole home and property except the garage and attic which are used for storage. Either myself or my wife will be available throughout your stay if you need anything or have any questions concerning the home or surrounding area. 1.7 miles to Lake Erie College. About 40 mins to downtown Cleveland. 2.5 miles to Giant Eagle grocery store. There is a CVS and a RiteAid about 0.7 miles away. Less cars on cloudy/rainy days. Mardi Gras/fireworks July - (Website hidden by Airbnb) We are located in Lake County, Ohio and Public transportation in our area is provided by LakeTran. There is a lot of information about their services at their website (Website hidden by Airbnb) They provide Local regularly scheduled bus service along the major corridors of Lake County. They also provide Park-n-Ride service between Lake County and downtown Cleveland. The third service they provide within Lake County is Dial-a-Ride which is a door-to-door service but requires scheduling in advance. Home is within a 1/4 mile of a train crossing and noise can be heard from time to time. High insulation values in walls/roof reduce most of the noise. Ceilings are 8 feet high and door ways are 81 inches.
