Failure to comply can result in automatic cancellation. + Quiet hours start at 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors. + No smoking, vaping or burning anything allowed inside the property. Smell of smoke will result in $300 charge to rid of the smell. + Unauthorized EVENTS or PARTIES are NOT allowed. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for parties. The party will be broken up before it starts, your reservation will be cancelled without refund, and you will be charged $700 extra. + We allow pets as of the moment but not more than 2 pets. + Please do not use the white linens to remove makeup + Please use make-up remover cloth. Stained towels or bedding will result in extra charges + Please make sure you grabbed all you items before you leave.
