Private Paradise in Eastham

Private paradise in Eastham enjoy the smell of fresh ocean air and the fresh breeze from the beach! Only 1/10 mile to Private Association Beach next to Thumpertown Beach. As you drive up into the driveway you're welcomed by a nice private yard. Enter through the porch into  walk into a relaxing room to kick up your feet and relax. As you pass through the hallway there is a large full bathroom on your left with a tub/shower combination and on the right is a"coastal themed" bedroom with a trundle bed. The kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, a large refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc.. There is seating for 6 at the dining table, and two more chairs at the kitchen island.  The open living area is off the dining room and offers plenty of seating, a TV, and a window unit air AC system to keep cool on hot Summer days. Before heading upstairs, in the dining area there is a sliding door that walks out on a huge porch that also offers a big dining table and bench, an outstanding backyard with views and a hot tub to relax in. Next to the jacuzzi is a gorgeous furniture set and a fire pit in the middle. On the upper level is the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and two spacious bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV, the second bedroom has a King bed and a twin trundle bed. There are  A/C units in both upper level bedrooms. The finished basement offers a comfortable living space with TV, a full bathroom with a shower, and the laundry room with full-sized front load washer and dryer. This is the ultimate family vacation home!
