This is the perfect home for guests who are on a budget and has a large group. This home provides it all. You would be 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands. 12 miles from Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. 2 miles from USF and Moffitt Center and 14 miles from our famous Ybor city. Beaches such as Davis Island, Honeymoon Island and Ben T Davis are all in the Tampa Bay area. Disney is only a hop and skip away from our home. Only 50 minutes drive to Walt Disney parks. This home provides over 2000 square foot and sits on 1 acres of land. This home provides a fun field atmosphere which provides our guests in home entertainment such as jacuzzi, air hockey table, dart board, juke box, pool table, candy machine, inside bar, outdoor games, fire pit and BBQ grill. Lot of fenced yard space for kids to run around and have a great time. The home is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate your long/short stay. Wifi and TV's in each room is available. Kitchen provides you with all the basic cooking utensils and dinning wear. Bathrooms and bedrooms includes towels, body wash, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. There is the convenience of a washer and dryer in the home located in the garage. Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent is made available for you. The home is centrally located to many great restaurants, all 3 major highways I-75/I-4 and I-275, University Mall, Tampa Outlet Mall, Wiregrass Mall and Movie Theater. Our home is spacious, clean and is always ready to welcome guest from all backgrounds. This home is a designated vacation home. You will have full access and use to everything in the house. We offer the convenience of self check-in. However we know many of our guest enjoy the personal touch of meeting the host and being offered a walk through check-in. I am readily available for on the spot check-in. It's very important that you know we have a strict guest policy. Only the amount of guests in the reservation is suppose to be in the home. If the correct amount if guest is not disclosed and more are found to be in the home then reservation can be canceled with no refund. I am also available for any questions/concern and assistance needed via text or phone. Our home is in the suburbs surround by trees and wild life. A quiet local Tampa neighborhood with elderly neighbors. We ask that they are respected and the noise be kept to a minimum. Florida weather is very tropical and with that comes the different critters such as, lizards, frogs, love bugs etc. Being there are many trees around we do expect to see different wild life. We recommend that you bring insect repellant as our little Florida nature friends will be outside enjoying the weather with us all. It's absolutely vital that all doors are kept closed to prevent unwanted critters from coming in and enjoyed your stay with you :)
