BALCONY APARTMENT

This is very cozy apartment in the brand new building, fully equipped, just few steps away from the Skadarlija bohemian quarter. There is a bakery on the ground floor and it is a perfect solution for a fast breakfast. Grocery store is just across the street. The apartment is on the first floor of a new building, it is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a flat TV and a folding sofa-bed for one or two persons. You can reach the balcony both from the living room and bedroom. The living room is also connected with a fully equipped kitchen area and a dining table. The bathroom with a cosy tub is accessible from the living room. Free high speed WiFi is available and there is also an air-conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, a refrigerator, many new dishes and cooking equipment... Generally, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marko or Milos are always available if you need any help about getting around, or any tip about Belgrade's landmarks, heritage, nightlife etc. The location is just perfect: on the one hand, you are in the city center and on the other, it is a small peaceful street. A supermarket is just across the street, bakery is on the ground floor of the building and a big open-air market with fresh produce is 200 m away. The Bohemian quarter Skadarlija is a few minutes away and the main pedestrian zone is at 10 minutes’ walking distance. If you are coming by plane we can organize your transportation from the airport directly to the apartment, so you don't waste your time and money with unreliable taxi drivers. The price is 20 €. Private parking is possible on site (underground garage) and costs 10 EUR per day.
