Breathtaking North Beach Waterfront Prime

Beautiful two level primary unit waterfront for decent guests to enjoy and watch over our home while we are not there. The primary unit has three large balcony decks looking at the pier. Walking distance to Herrington Harbor, Ketch 22, the boardwalk, & many more. If you have more than 8 guests please check out my other listing for the entire 3 levels. We allow guests to use the pier for swimming, fishing, crabbing and kayacking. I charge a generous rate for jet ski and boat lifts rental. This prime unit has two bedrooms including a large loft that can be considered as the third bedroom with a full size bed and one air mattress. Please keep in mind that the first floor will be locked and guests will not have access to the the washer and dryer unit. If you stay longer and would like to gain access to the washer and dryer, please let us know. Also, we recommend guests to book the entire house so that the guests have access to all three floors for a complete stay. North Beach is a beautiful town which is walking distance to Herrington Harbor and the boardwalk. This is a non-smoking house so no smoking inside the house. But if guest smokes, then must do it outside and be responsible to dispose it into trash bag properly without flames. Please remove shoes once entering into the house since the hardwood floors are clean and easily scratched. Please be respectful to the neighbors and minimize noises and loud music. Dogs should be potty trained and should not make any accidents inside the house. Please avoid having dogs on the couches and beds. Clean and remove all dog hair. Dogs should be on leash at all time when outside the house.
