Video surveillance of building exterior & foyer of unit 24/7. Strictly Non-Smoking Unit. Dogs allowed* (No cats allowed). Located on a hilltop in Cross Lanes, WV. Private, beautiful hilltop nature views and close proximity to city amenities. Our Unit is not well suited for children under the age of 6 years. The unit is not childproof and there are not child accessories. Entire Unit I am available 24/7 via message and cell if needed. The building is situated on eight (8) acres with views of homes across the property. Plenty of parking on premises Close to Shawnee Sports Complex, West Virginia State University, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Applebee’s, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Burger King, Rice Bowl, Roca, Walmart, Gas Stations, Movie Theater and Mardi Gras Casino & Dog Track. Twelve (12) miles from Charleston, nine plus (9.7) miles from So. Charleston & forty two (42) miles from Huntington. Dogs are welcome when registered on reservation. Dogs must be clean, housebroken and well-behaved. A pet fee is applicable to family pets, ESA and Service Dogs.
