Beautiful Suburban Beam House

Whether you're here for work/vacation, home away from home! 3 private bedrooms with 2 full private bathrooms and 1/2 shared restrooms, 65" Smart Vizio TV's E-series, Kitchen, refrigerator, AC that worked great, high-speed internet, multiple cars and boat free parking space, quiet-drug/violent free area with a short distance from Grapevine Lake/Lewisville Fishing Barge, 24 hours Walmart, fun restaurants, DFW Airport, Southlake Town Square w/upscale shopping, Texas Motor Speedway, UNT Description of the building. Once you enter the house, you will be met with a cozy living area: two black leather couches, and a TV. Left to the living area: breakfast table/chair, guest restroom, full-sized master bedroom/restroom/shower/walk-in closet. 2 other bedrooms ( 3 full-sized beds), a full kitchen, and another full bathroom. The visitor bathroom is shared. YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO YOURSELF. FYI: The surveillance camera is on the property for security reasons. Be rest assured that no camera is installed inside the VRBO contract location. Guest access The first door to the left is my office and there is also a locked door that divides the office and the house. We require you to have completed VRBO Verification to stay with us. Verification is a great safety measure for both guests and hosts. Other things to note Please do not park on the grass. Use the parking area only. No smoking/no pet allowed.
