Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
