This house is on the water with a private lagoon in the back yard. Every room in the home has a water view, from the dining room enjoy bay views and a view of Old Barney, the lighthouse. There is an oversized rooftop deck with panoramic views of the bay and light house, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. In the backyard there is a custom built gas firepit and a boat dock. Bring your boat to enjoy the house to the fullest!! Right on the lagoon where you can go canoeing and less than a block from the children' s park!!
