Cozy, quiet & pet friendly to launch fun day trips

Cozy and charming home, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the lovely and quaint downtown of Gordonsville, VA. There are many historical attractions in the local area including Richmond, Charlottesville, UVA, Monticello, Shenandoah National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway along with numerous hiking, wineries & breweries (including Nelson 151 craft beer trail) options all within an hour drive in all directions. Pets welcome, preferably crate trained. Back yard and sun room available. Guest can use the entire top floor, including both bedrooms, bathroom, office, kitchen, dinning & living room and both porches and back yard. Pets welcome, but not on beds. Note, I live in the home when not renting, so the place will have a “homey lived in feel”. I have dedicated and allocated space for my guests in the bedroom closets, dresser drawers, refrigerator and freezer. All spaces on the main top floor, both porches, sun room and back yard. I am available as needed to answer questions through the AirBnB application Brewery, BBQ place, Well Hung winery, Inwood Family restaurant. Car is best way to get around Dog friendly place
