The Burley Guest House

Our guest house is perfect for vacation or business. Located in a quiet neighborhood, The Burley Guest House has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and has a complete kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning will keep you comfortable no matter what season. The property is furnished with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, wireless Internet, and an integrated stereo with a personal device connection. Separate volume controls are located in the Living Room, Kitchen, and Bedroom. Supplies for washer, dryer, and dishwasher are provided by Owner. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cook pans, bakeware, serving dishes, plates, bowls, silverware, utensils, cutlery, glasses, cups, wine glasses, potholders, dishcloths and towels, etc. Small appliances include a coffee pot, Keurig, electric kettle, Nutribullet, blender, toaster, waffle iron, crock pot, instant pot, rice cooker, and George Foreman Grill. A variety of spices and condiments are provided by Owner. Guest is responsible for their own food but may use any provisions in the kitchen. A barbeque grill is provided upon request. Keypad entry I live in the main house on the property so I'm just a phone call away if needed. I love our area, especially for anything outdoors, and am happy to help you plan for a fun day! The garage is our private storage area, however, guests are free to park in the driveway.
