Needing a quiet location in an upscale neighborhood? you're on spot. we have the riverfront close by and alot of green area for relaxation. Being a cul-de-sack with working professionals needing peace and quiet, we really have traffic or noise around. Beautiful room, mostly quiet around here with the usual family noises. kids are older and are usually responsible and respectful of guests bedroom, kitchen, basement, porch, bathrooms and bath. The basement has it's own entrance to a porch of its own. guests can call and text me anytime before midnight. very quiet neighborhood, need to park inside parking space ,side of the house by the streets as well. There is a river view and a park by the river that is 8mins away. place to work out, yoga and picnic.
