MAIN HOUSE The all-suite main house sleeps four guests. Make yourself at home in the sun-soaked living room, complete with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a 52” smart TV. Read a book in the sunroom or compose postcards in the office. Indulge your inner chef in the sleek gourmet kitchen, equipped with polished granite counters and top-quality stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the island bar for three, then sit down to a home-cooked meal in the inviting dining area, fitted with a gas fireplace, a 33” TV, and a table for six. Comfort awaits in the spacious primary suite, appointed with a king bed as well as a lovely private yard and patio. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in shower, a deep jetted tub, and a separate water closet. The second suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub/shower combination. (This bathroom is also accessible from the entryway.) CASITA The two-story casita sleeps four guests. Stream favorite shows in the welcoming living area, detailed with a comfy sectional and a 48” smart TV. The convenient kitchenette features a microwave, sink, mini-fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, and Berkey water filter. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast table for four. Sleep soundly in the first bedroom, furnished with a king bed. The adjacent bathroom holds a walk-in shower. Occupying the entire lower level, the guest suite has two twin beds, a 32” TV, a private entrance, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Magical outdoor spaces are the crown jewel of this delightful property, offering ideal spots to enjoy the coastal breeze. Relax in the charming front yard or gather under the lighted pergola in the stunning courtyard, configured with a gas fireplace and a unique waterfall spa. Parking is available for three cars in the parking area (which is shared with the separate neighboring home). This prime beachside locale is situated near the Amtrak rails; passing trains may occasionally be heard. The building next door is currently under construction. Please note that the living room in the casita has air-conditioning and the main (front house) only has central heating.
