Quiet, and beautifully decorated, this unit offers you a comfortable home away from home while enjoying mountain views from the patio and Mesquite's warm temperatures. Our granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit as well as an on site club house, fitness center, heated pool, spa and several BBQ's in the common areas. The main bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/ remote and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan. In addition, his unit is adjacent to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, a full sized basket ball court, BBQ area and a covered picnic area and a children's play area. ***Your Pup is welcome and we do have a $50 pet fee included when you book. ***Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats due to allergies. Our check in time is 4:00pm PST and our check out time is 10:00am PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not same day) you may check in anytime after 4:00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST. Thanks for considering us!
