The Space: This just-renovated 2-bedroom, 2 bath apt is on the main floor of a 4-storey hotel that has been converted into tourist apartments. As a result, we are one of the only legal Airbnb units in all of Quebec, so no risk of cancellations due to regulatory problems. Parking is located in the back of the building on Hebert Street. There is no elevator, but since the entrance is off the back of the building which is raised one level above the main floor, there are no stairs to climb. Once inside the apt there is a small foyer where guests can leave their shoes and jackets. Bedrooms are immediately to the left and right when entering the unit. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. A large, stone and wood filled living room, dining room and kitchen look welcome you into the main section of the unit with the large bathroom/laundry room at the back. The Neighborhood: Just steps away from the heart of the action in Old Quebec you are in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Canada. The Chateau Frontenac is a 5 min walk, and the shops, restaurants and bar on St Jean and Cote de la Fabrique are 200 meters away. The area is residential and our converted hotel is the only business in the area. Getting Around: Taxi/Uber is the best way to navigate the city.
