This is a recently renovated studio apartment just 1/2 block from Central Park, nestled in between world renowned Fifth and Madison Avenues. This is without question the finest area of the City -- all the elegance and splendor of Old New York! No expense was spared in this renovation and you will love living in this historical beauty. This is New York City at it's very finest. We have equipped this unit with everything you need to enjoy an effortless stay in the Big Apple. Dishes, silverware, glasses, sheets, towels, even a coffee maker, blender and toaster (even though we don't expect you will want to cook much with the convenience of so many amazing eateries in the city!) Just bring your clothing, your toothbrush and you are all set. The building has coin operated laundry in the basement. There is an elevator, a very small one that fits no more than two people. It is a small building, very quiet, with only 4 residential tenants. You will love the peace and serenity of this location that only Central Park can offer! ***PLEASE READ**** Rentals must be a minimum one month. Your booking will include one cleaning during your stay and the final cleaning when you leave. We suggest that the apartment be cleaned every 2 weeks, and we have an outside agency that conducts all of our cleanings for us. Those additional cleanings (beyond the one and the final) will be at your expense. Electricity, Wifi and Cable TV is included. NO PETS. NON SMOKING APPLICANTS ONLY.
