Inside, this home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for four, a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV, and a lower-level game room with a Ping-Pong table, foosball, and more. Outside, kick back and enjoy the views of Mount Yanah, which is part of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, from your furnished deck, or slip into your private hot tub for a soothing soak. What's nearby: The mountain town of Helen, located seven-and-a-half miles from this home, is a nature lover's paradise! From tubing on the Chattahoochee River to hiking in Unicoi State Park (10 miles north), this town is a slice of outdoor heaven! Helen is also home to Helen Tubing & Waterpark for all-ages fun. Plan a tour of several local vineyards and wineries including Serenity Cellars located just a half-mile down the road. And if you're in the mood for the ultimate urban escape, you can always make a scenic day trip to Atlanta, just 85 miles southwest. The driveway is paved and is a roundabout down and up a steep incline. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
