As this 24ft luxury pontoon is to large for our Lake House dock. Instead our guests will enjoy departing a d returning from Wet Slip #7 at Wedowee Marina North, just a short distance away. Our entire home was completely furnished in May 2018 with everything new. We have since upgraded the entire back deck adding 400SqFt of enclosed space, updated both bedrooms for greater sleeping comfort and flexibility. Major appliances and outdoor spaces have also been upgraded. Our back deck has greatly expanded (Both covered and uncovered area) and now provides an outstanding additional amount of gathering space - we are confident you will love it! We just completed a full remodel using only high quality furniture, electronics, small appliances, large appliances, kitchenware, and linens. Everything in this beautiful home is under two years old and like new! We have outfitted everything to accommodate up to eight people and recently upgraded and reconfigured the bedrooms to add more comfort! Occupancy will depend on your mix of adults and children and the sleeping arrangements you decide upon. We love spending time here, we are sure you will also! This two bedroom, two bath home, sits on top of our large lot and provides a beautiful view down to the lake. Located at the bottom of the gentle hill to the water is our shared Common Area. Here you will find our shared private boat launch, boat dock, and double deck for cookouts and/or family gatherings. For our guests with larger boats, or renting when the lake is not at full pond, the year round public boat launch is a short ½ mile down the street. This makes our home a prime location to rent all year long and perfect for fall and winter fishing trips! As you enter through the front door, you will immediately feel at home. The Family Room and Dining area are together in a two story great room, yet feel somewhat separate due to layout. The dining area has an oversized 54” tall table and eight chairs, providing ample space to have a nice meal together. The buffet table serves as bar and storage space. The Family Room area contains an extremely comfortable oversized pit group, coffee and end tables which face the lake, fireplace, and entertainment center. Surround Sound, Blu-ray Player, and 50” Smart 4K HDTV 4K rounds out the furnishings and provides you a first class entertainment set-up. Direct TV with an expanded channel line-up including Premium channels is available in every room. We also offer Century link High Speed Internet access for just $15/day. It’s the perfect set-up to enjoy a nice meal and then relax after a full day at the Lake. The kitchen is located off the dining area and is equipped with modern appliances such as a flat top stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker). The closet pantry provides ample space for your purchased food and supplies. Next to the pantry is the utility closet with cleaning items and a new high capacity stacked washer and dryer free for occasional use during your stay. We have supplied the kitchen with high quality small appliances for your convenience. These include a Crock Pot Slow Cooker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Four Slice Toaster, Blender, and Electric Can Opener. New silverware, dinnerware, drinking glasses of various assortments, are provided for up to eight people at a sitting. For couples renting the home for a romantic getaway, we have also supplied two sets of nice designer china which is stored in the dinette storage table along with bar items. We want you to feel at home for any occasion. In addition, we provide all basic cookware such as Pots and Pans, baking sheets, mixing and measuring bowls, cooking utensils, etc. for your use. If you love to cook and entertain, you will have everything you need to prepare that special meal. Our home features two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. We have equipped each Bathroom with high quality towel sets for up to four people, an initial supply of tissues and toilet paper, and a curtesy basket of common items just in case you forgot something. A hair dryer, iron, and mini ironing board are in the Master bedroom closet. In addition, both bathrooms have been upgraded to feature Moen magnetic shower heads. These offer various spray patterns, are easily separated from the shower mount for hand held use and then easily snapped back into place. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and has modern furnishing that includes a King bed and brand new high quality Beautyrest pillow-top mattress (added in November 2018). High quality pillows and premium linens were also added at this time and we are sure you will have a comfortable great nights sleep! Also new for 2018 is the addition of room darkening drapes so you can sleep in if you wish. The room has two night stands with lamps, full dresser with mirror, and vertical dresser. Ample closet and dresser space will accommodate your personal items during your stay. Should you desire private time, it is also furnished with a new 50” Smart 4K HDTV on a full motion wall mount. Both the TV and Blue Ray Player are WiFi enabled. The upstairs bedroom has been totally reconfigured to accommodate any mix of children or adults. Effective November 1, 2018 the upstairs now features one queen bed with a new high quality Serta pillow top mattress, an IKEA futon that folds down to a queen bed, and one twin over full bunk bed with pillow top mattresses. For entertainment, this bedroom is also equipped with a new 50” Smart 4K HDTV on a full motion wall mount. Both the TV and Blue Ray player are WiFi enabled. The configuration provides our guests a comfortable nights sleep and first class entertainment set-up. We have wired up an extra HDMI cable to allow easy hook-up of a favorite game console. The closet and oversized dresser will provide storage for personal items during your stay. The room has two night stands with lamps. High quality white linens are provided in every room. We want to make sure everyone staying in our home enjoys extremely clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The back porch has been greatly expanded and includes a 20x20 enclosed LR Porch complete with 65” Smart Tv, surround sounds, as well as a 18,000 BTU Split AC unit. Windows with easy open function can allow up to 75% screen when desired. The newer five-burner gas grill is located on its own 12x10 deck just off the main room. After dinner, enjoy the newly constructed 8x23 viewing deck together with the 20’ round patio and fire pit. It’s the perfect place to have a wonderful vacation, imagine yourself at this great spot as you review the pictures. We are confident you will enjoy our home as much as we do. Special Notes: - There is no smoking inside the house. - One family dog under 60 pounds is allowed with additional $75 Pet Fee. Dog must be friendly, 100% house trained, and kept off all furniture.
