Separate Studio with Ocean View private/Quiet

Welcome to our Quiet, Private Super Clean Studio with 1000 Square feet of outdoor Decks and lush gardens. Follow the well lit path / stairs leading you to a private Gate to our Studio. The room features, custom Teak furniture, a sleep number bed, large flat screen with Direct TV, Comcast internet, kitchenette, Fire Clay Tile throughout. Guests can enjoy playing corn toss and meandering through the garden. The Studio is the perfect little getaway nest. I do want all guest to be aware there are pavers stairs down to Studio, not good for anyone with balance issues. The Pavers steps do have walkway lights and are well done, please see photo. Be aware, that parking can be couple blocks from house, the room is small studio, Local Taxi, Uber can be a issue.
