Beautifully remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath condo. This space is an upstairs unit in the Hawk Ridge Condominium complex in Mesquite NV. The unit itself is 2 story, with two bedrooms on the main floor, and one large master bedroom located upstairs, for privacy. The unit includes 2 master suites with new KING sized beds in each, luxurious linens and contemporary decor. The space comfortably sleeps 8. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 queen beds, to comfortably sleep 4 people. New LVP flooring throughout the main living area and new carpet upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We include a coffee station, with coffee maker, grinder, delicious organic coffee beans, tea, cream and sugar. One covered parking space, but plenty of extra uncovered parking, community pool and spa. Community also offers a gym, and grills for BBQ'ing. Large smart TVs, one located in living room, one in upstairs master bedroom. Washer and dryer with detergent, iron/ironing board. Two baths with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Downstairs bath has tub with shower, upstairs master only has shower. Both master bedrooms have black out curtains for great sleep and privacy. The community pool is located nearby. The hot tub is open year round and the pool is closed during the winter months (November-February) Information on RV’s/trailers There is RV parking available in the complex. The HOA requires that the owner of the vehicle go to their office to fill out a form, provide proof of registration, insurance and drivers license, as well as a photo of the vehicle. Please park your vehicle in front of buildings 11 and 12 if/when you arrive after hours , and until you have an assigned space from management.
