Will be ask to leave immediately w NO Refund!   The Home: 1,800 square feet 2 stories home with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths along with 2 car garages.  The home is located in cul-de-sac with lake front view in the back yard along with outdoor deck. It is conveniently only 3 miles away to major highway (I-85) that leads you directly to Atlanta major attractions & Airport.     Master Bedroom w Queen:   Queen size with attached full bath.  The bed is memory gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows and luxury bedding. The master bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, 1 accent chair, working desk and office chair, Mirrors, Artworks and Smart TV’s with remote control. This bedroom has 1 closet and all wood flooring.    Guest Bedroom w King:   King size bed with closet and Shared full bath across the hallway.  The bed is memory gel with cooling technology, soft pillows and luxury bedding.  This bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, Mirrors, Artworks and Smart TV’s with remove control.  This bedroom has 1 closet and all wood flooring.   Guest Bedroom w Queen: Queen size bed with closet and Shared full bath across the hallway.  The bed is memory gel with cooling technology, soft pillows and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, Mirrors & Artworks. This bedroom is furnished with modern metal bed frames, 1 side table, Mirrors & Artworks. This bedroom has 1 closet and all wood flooring.  Living Area: Fire Place, Smart TV's w/ remote control and furnished with soft seating’s, 2 accent chairs, coffee tables and decorative pillows.   Dining Area:  Dining table for 6 people Breakfast Area:  Small round table with 4 seats. Kitchen: Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Oven, Range, Cooking Ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Wine glasses, baking ware and cutting boards. Outdoor deck:  Glass table, 4 chairs and Umbrella.   Internet:  Free Wi-Fi (High-speed Comcast internet)  You will have full access to our house, deck, backyard, firepit and lake view only.   This Lake is for viewing only, it does NOT have dock access to the lake for water activities.  We have deck close to the water for a picnic and enjoying the view.   Most of my communications will be via Airbnb Messaging system.   If emergency,  you can call me directly.   We live in a modest neighborhood with limited parking space due to the cul-de-sac corner.   The house garage + driveway can park up to 4 cars max.   No street parking.  There is no public transportation  nearby.   Uber & Lyft are both available.   Quiet hours is 9 pm, no loud music or noise outside the house.  It is our city ordinance.
