Great site for NCAA. Enjoy your stay in our Elegant Country Manor Home on 3 acres. Located in Greenwood/Bargersville in Johnson County, Indiana, Center Grove area. Our house has charm and character with unique features. Stroll on our driveway, sit on the porch at our barn or on the covered patio at the house. Private parking and views of deer etc. Features one bedroom with private bath. Queen size bed, flat screen TV, Wifi. Adults only 21 years or older. NO PET POLICY, AND NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO EVENTS. No shoes worn in the house. Not accessible to handicapped. No pets. The beds have top-of-the-line- mattresses, linens, blankets and pillows to provide the upmost comfort. We also provide bottled water, Keurig Coffee Maker along with granola bars and fresh fruit. We also have a pool table in the basement area. Please park on driveway pad opposite the garage. Neal and Carol will be home to assist you in any way we can. We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Please use front door. We have many enjoyable restaurants in the area. Indianapolis (about 12 miles away) will be the site for the NCAA Basketball tournament. We are located 30 miles from Bloomington where some of the games will be hosted. Also the home of the 500 Mile race and the brickyard 400.
