My personal favorite is the frequent visits from various breeds of ducks, Blue Herons and White Pelicans. The house is stocked with playing cards and books for your leisure. Fun floats and life jackets for the water and outdoor yard games. Spend your afternoons grilling on the charcoal grill or use the full size wood chip smoker (with electric starter) The kitchen is full of silver table ware, ceramic plates and bowls if you’re feeling fancy. But also an abundance of paper plates, cups and utensils for outside picnics. Basic condiments and spices for your use. Multiple fold out tables for any use indoor or out. Outdoor electric outlets for plugging in a boat or electronics on the porch. A full covered parking space perfect for keeping your boat or vehicle safe from the weather.
