Historic Victorian house/garden with vineyard/pool

My place is close to downtown Boonville with its farmers market and restaurants, many unique and world class tasting rooms for our Anderson Valley wines, deep redwood forests of Hendy Woods, and 45 minutes to another world on the Mendocino coast. My place is perfect for gatherings of couples and families. Please note there will be an additional 11% hotel tax collected separately. Over 12 acres, we have gardens with sculptures and an outdoor cooking and eating area with views to our Pinot Noir vineyard and a pool (unheated) for summer use. The three story Victorian is an original and beautifully crafted house, dating from the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s but recently updated with a sun room and Finnish masonry heater. Guests are welcome to walk around the entire twelve acres, to enjoy the vineyard, olive trees, gardens, outdoor cooking area and the pool. The only other residents will be a caretaker family who lives in the cottage adjacent to pool. The caretaker family may be there to answer questions. The owners are available by phone or text. The house is just a couple minutes away from "downtown" Boonville and Philo. Lemon's is an excellent grocery with fresh fish and great meat. The farmers market (summer) has fresh produce and local meats. Many world-class wineries and a handful of truly unique restaurants using local products are within minutes reach. Walking and running opportunities nearby on Peachland Road, Anderson Valley Way, and a few minutes away by car, at Hendy Woods. He knows all the best local spots and is a truly lovely person! Very comfortable for 6 people. Up to 8 could stay if you use the 4th bedroom in the attic with funky but serviceable toilet, sink and shower. The attic gets warm in the summer and cold in the winter but is quite comfortable (and private) for sleeping.
