The main thing about Wigwam Village No 2 is that it is a kooky, fun US landmark motel in Caveland, the home to Mammoth Cave National Park. Caveland (Cave City, Horse Cave, Bowling Green and Glasgow) is well-known as the home to Kentucky's kitschiest attractions, but we also have delicious diners and eateries, cool gift shops, horseback riding, paddle sports, fishing, ziplining, and, of course, caves! Our unique, fun setting is why Wigwam Village No 2 survives today, while many past examples of roadside architecture have not. Many of our guests come with the hope of getting to know this place better, and we are here to help! Your experience begins when you pull up to the manager's office for check-in, at the green property manager's house to the left of the teepees. Keith will greet you, give you an opportunity to learn about the history of Wigwam Villages, and our Wigwam Village in particular. He will tell you about the preservation work, and what's going on in preservation right now. Then, Keith will give you some recommendations for where to eat and what to do for fun. When you get your key, drive around the circle clockwise, and park to the right of your teepee. Our office is open from 3pm-8pm, seven days a week. And! Even in the middle of the night, if you need anything during your stay, we are one short text or phone call away. 1-833-WIGWAMS Cave City, Kentucky, is a vacation destination for many reasons.
