Property has 3 parking spaces behind the house for your use. This historic property was established in the early 1900’s. King bed in the Master with tub/shower in the adjourning bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and own bathroom, both bedrooms are upstairs. Air mattress (Frontgate-popup, easy-setup) available, sleeps two extra guests in downstairs family room. Spectrum cable TV with option for Netflix and Hulu. There is a two night minimum stay required. GUEST ACCESS Check in is 3pm Check out is 11am Late check out must be approved by homeowner and there is an additional fee. Key pad entrance in back of house. Code provided day of arrival. HOUSE RULES House sleeps 4 to a maximum of 6 (using air mattress), no additional over night guest permitted. There us a $25 per night fee for each additional person over four. NO PARTIES permitted. NO PETS allowed. NO CANDLE BURNING NO SMOKING in house please Homeowner is not responsible for any towing cost while using the property. Homeowner is not responsible for any stolen items left in cars nor injuries occurring during your stay. The house has outside security cameras for your safety .
