This small apartment in a rural home would be ideal for a single person or student. Private parking (garage parking if needed) and private entrance. We are close to the Potomac River and the Marc Train. In the summer you can enjoy the pool with a few friends. Cable, Internet, Electric is included. This apartment is attached to a large garage and can be used for handicap access but please call ahead in case we need to move vehicles. All areas of the rental is available for quests. In the summer guests are welcome to use our recreational areas, pool, picnic table, fire pit, and horse shoes. If you need indoor parking that can be arranged through the attached garage. This is a nice area for walking and exploring during nice weather. I will respect your privacy but will be available to you if needed. This was once all farmland and is slowly transitioning. Our neighbors are very friendly and may stop and chat with you if your out for a walk. You will notice people like to smile and wave as they drive by you. We are close to the MARC train that can be boarded in either Point of Rock or Brunswick MD. This train will take you into Union Station Washington DC. There are plenty of things to do and places to go in this area. Downtown Leesburg, VA, Old Town Frederick MD, and Harpers Ferry WV are close and nice places to visit.
