Quiet, clean studio, your outdoor sports base!

Recent, clean, private and quiet studio, 20 minutes from ski stations, p’tit train du nord and lakes, overlooking a beautiful forest. Just 1h from MTL (Hwy 40). This private entrance studio has its own bathroom, microwave, coffee machine & much more. As entertainment, we offer Wifi, a TV set with on-demand movies and a smart speaker for music, news, weather and more. Tons of outdoor activities are possible, year round. This studio is part of our house. By keeping a soundproof corridor door locked at all times, it feels like a separate apartment. When not rented, we use it as part of our home. You will have full private access through your own, separate entrance door. Parking is available and you should expect to come across the hosts while outside the building, from time to time, since parking spaces are all together. We love talking to guests but if you prefer privacy, zero interaction is the default option. This is typical Quebec mountain landscape so do expect lots of forests, trails, lakes and ski hills, most at a walking or short drive distance. There is a public access to the lake at 12 minutes walking. Public transportation is very scarce, although I’ve personally once taken the endeavour of going all the way to downtown Montreal right from my door, only using public transportation, for the thrill of it. Our house is autonomous and sustainable. Therefore, there is a septic system for treating used waters. Please use as little water as possible and never throw any objects nor papers down the drain. A garbage bin is supplied for our guests. Our water source is from a natural water well, it is not treated with chemicals. Even though we drink it as-is, we will provide 2 bottles of bottled water, complimentary. Your private suite is separated from the main house by a soundproof door that will stay locked during your stay, so your area remains totally independent and private.
