When you rent all levels you have the only access however if you rent the upper 3 levels it's totally separate from the lower level very private. The Neighborhood: We are on a cul de sac with no neighbors across the street from us and have maintenance persons and cleaners near by with a school on the corner to our road. We own the house next door and the last 2 houses are owned by family and have rented this location for over 15 years. The school has a great playground and basketball area and some other swings and stuff for kids. Getting Around: We have transportation services DADDS MAGIC BUS AND LIMOUSINE with great experience packages, for all ages, bounce for the kids or casino and brewery scavenger hunts for the big kids. Turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts or one nights round trip transfer receipt for transportation for refund on your rental, or upgrade to our limo service $12.50 per person each way or approx $30 per person for 4 -5 hour local rental min # paid seats required. There are cameras on the drive way, lake and public area kitchen for security and is marked. We have adjusted the prep clean fee on air bnb to only $5 to account for our Prep check in/out inspection 3rd party service not paid to the owner. This 3rd party service fee is $175 for upper 3 levels add $100 if you book the lower level or all levels is discounted to $250 upon arrival cash no checks or a cash app. However if you request extra linens a fee is a one time fee that changes per linen requested that average cost is $12-$15 per bed used, and can be changed daily if services are available and preordered when booking, pending how many extra linens you request. This is due cash upon arrival. Again notice we reduced the clean fee is only $5 in air Bnb billing seen in details to make up for this third party check in service fee. Pet fees $150 and needs be approved if not requested and pets are brought fee is $225 accident pet issue is $250 pet incident.
