Welcome to our downtown oasis! The Oak Hollow is centrally located in the historic district of Rogers, Arkansas - less than a mile from DT and a 5 min bike ride to Lake Atalanta & The Railyard! Perfect for a crew who enjoys local restaurants, brews, and outdoor rec. Our home has a cozy front porch, fenced-in backyard, a King-size bed with luxury linens, and 3 Queen-size beds with luxury linens. Whether you're here for vacation, business, or to unwind, this is the place for you!  The space: The Oak Hollow is a spacious, 3 bed 2 bath home that features a "fourth" furnished loft bedroom just off the living room. Upon entering our home, you are greeted by a foyer that leads into a newly decorated living room, with modern leather sofas, and a sleek kitchen. The living room is stocked with games for the whole crew and a 55" TV for all of your streaming needs. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, and everything else necessary for cooking! Attached to the open living space you'll find a dining room that seats 8, perfect for family-style meals! On the other side of the living room, a hallway leads you to the first full bathroom, equipped with luxury towels and toiletries. As you continue down the hall, the first two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, fit with luxury linens and tasteful decor. The middle bedroom also features a 30" TV with an Amazon Firestick for all of your streaming needs. The Master bedroom is complete with a King-sized memory foam mattress, luxury linens, a 55" smart TV, and an en suite bathroom.  Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Our cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning each property and use bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces.
