Perfect for a family or even two families to shelter and enjoy the peace and quiet of the redwoods up on Skyline Blvd. While you’re “away from it all” at Kingswood Cottage - you’re still only 20 mins from Half Moon Bay/beaches or 20 mins from San Mateo/Palo Alto. World class hiking trails are literally across the street and Huddart Park is 10 mins away. The spacious yard is completely fenced in, with a tree house, small climbing wall, swing set, multiple decks and - most importantly - an awesome HOT TUB that will hold 6-8 people! The tree house has electricity and wifi and a bed - kids can play and stay - or you can send your surly teens to their own space for a camp-out. Sleeping arrangements: Upstairs: BR1 - queen bed (sleeps 2), BR2 - double bed (sleeps 2), and loft - double bed (sleeps 1-2) Downstairs: Japanese style sleeping areas (curtain separated) 2 queen beds (sleeps 2 each, total of 4) and a futon (sleeps 1-2) Treehouse: Sleeps 1-2 (camp-out) Bathrooms: 1 BA upstairs and 1 BA downstairs Amenities: Fenced yard Play structures/areas Hot Tub Wifi Washer/Dryer Flatscreen Smart TVs upstairs and downstairs Pets: Bring Fido - small woofs are welcome!
