Originally built as a developer's unit, it is first class with 1858 sq. ft. and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. All three bedrooms have comfortable King size beds and an attached full size bath. They each have their own 42" wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. The Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking the gulf with sliding glass doors to access the ocean side balcony. Last but not least, the Master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub for relaxing in privacy. One bedroom is called the Lock-Out bedroom, it is set up like a studio unit with it's own microwave, mini fridge and it has it's own balcony with amazing views, not just of the gulf to the South, but also the Santa Rosa Sound to the North. The living room has a large leather couch (queen size sleeper sofa) and two comfortable recliners as well as an upgraded 65 "curved" TV with DVD for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your trip to include both Keurig and regular coffeemakers. There are stainless steel appliances, ice maker, and front load washer and dryer. This unit also comes with beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) from March - October. The Caribbean Resort Complex amenities include a pool, two hot tubs (one is extra large), covered seating and open seating at pool area, and beach walkover. This is a non-smoking building; smoking is permitted on the grounds by the BBQ grills only.
