There are fairs and concerts during the summer Check in time 1pm Check out time 11am Early checkin or late checkout can be arranged. Built in 1908 this carriage house is very roomy. Large kitchen, living room and deck Driveway parking can be arranged otherwise street parking or parking in the alley. available via txt/phone 4 casinos less then a 15 minute drive. Chicago 30 minute drive. Since people cannot follow instructions violation of house rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation House Rules 1. Lying about the number of guests in your reservation. 3 guests means 3 guests period. If you have more then 3 people message me arangements can be made. 2. People are not to park in or use the neighbors driveway to enter or exit the apartment. 3. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. If you smoke do it outside a 25.00 fee will be charged after checkout for this violation. If caught smoking in apartment during your stay you will have to leave. 4. Any illegal activity (drugs prostitutation ect.) will not be tolerated police will be called and you will be escorted off property and/or arrested. 5. Do your own dishes. I do not expect you to clean the apartment but you are to clean your own dishes. 10.00 fee for cleaning your dirty dishes. 6. Stealing towels a 10.00 fee per towel will be charged.
