When booking, tell us about yourself and what brings you to Denton. - The cottage is not childproof. Notify host if bringing children or if children are visiting. - No large gatherings, events or parties. - Be certain your guest count is accurate upon booking. Inform host if you need to add more guests during your stay. - The cottage is cute and cozy! Best suited for 3-4 adults or a small family. - Breakfast room in kitchen seats 3-4 comfortably. There is a bench in front room if more seating is needed. - PETS are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. 20 lb limit. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Deposit waived for people with disabilities who have assistance animals registered with the state. However, any damages caused by an assistance animal are the responsibility of the guest. Please no multiple pets. - There is a surveillance camera on the front porch. - Owner of cottage is a Realtor/Broker. NOTE for monthly stays: The cottage comes equipped with everything you should need. Not suited for storage of excessive belongings, like moving boxes or furniture. We do have a shed on premise for suitcases and containers, but it is recommended you put your extra belongings into a climate controlled storage facility.
