FIRST FLOOR: Well equipped kitchen with double ovens and breakfast bar seating. Small dining area with table for up to 4 and door to deck with propane grill. Half. Bathroom. Spacious Living room. Sunny Sitting Area with cable television and a small set of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom with King Bed, pass through laundry area and master bathroom with glassed in shower and wonderful large tub. Tenants who cancel between 90 and 45 days before their arrival date will receive 50% of the rental portion in refund, less Knowles Commission, and the balance will be paid to the Homeowner, regardless of whether or not the house re-books. Tenants who cancel less than 45 days from their arrival date will receive a full refund of the rental portion, only if the house re-books.
