The 100-year-old converted structure features an expansive front covered patio overlooking the orchards, complete with Adirondacks chairs and dining table for six. The interior of the home was designed in a French Country theme of antiques, plush furniture and period artifacts. Upper black Eddie and the adjoining areas are known for their nature paths, parks, flyfishing, bird watching, antiquing, dining, and boating. Don’t just escape, experience! The property is shared. Your private area is your house and the yard immediately surrounding your house (about 1acre) The rest of the property is accessible but not private or used solely by you. We have a few barn areas that we use abs rent out separately and two additional houses each with their own ‘private’ area. But the 80 acres are shared.
