Stylish and scenic! This lakefront home has a private deep-water boat dock and a calm swimming area with 2 natural sandy beaches. The house is situated at the entrance of a quiet cove and overlooks the main channel of Lake Norman. The 1100-square-foot upper-level deck, furnished with dining table, couches, and loungers, wraps around the house, providing fantastic views of the lake from every angle. Step out from the living room or kitchen onto an additional covered patio to enjoy shaded views of the lake from the porch swing or dining table. Relax on the stone patio at the water's edge as you swim at the sand beach or take in a sunset beside the fire. Three of the four bedrooms (all on the second level) have sliding glass doors that open directly onto the deck overlooking the water. The open living room comes with its own martini bar and big screen TV, equipped with DVR and DVD player, as well as Bluetooth Bar to connect with your personal devices. With 3 Queen beds and 2 twins, this house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Two more guests (under the age of 18) can be accommodated if they provide their own portable bedding. Robyn's Nest is less than a mile from Queens Landing in Mooresville, where you can rent a boat or jet ski, launch your boat, enjoy ice cream and snacks, or take a cruise on the Catawba Queen. Dock your boat at the popular outdoor bar, which is a great place to listen to live music in the summer and mingle with the locals. Our guests can enjoy the use of our three kayaks (with life vests), fishing rods, beach toys, and floats. No smoking. Pets allowed with additional $150 cleaning fee for first pet. $50 for second pet Bed linens/bath towels provided. Bring your own beach towels.
