Powdered Sugar- 2/2.5 condo with views, access to Grandfather, Sugar, and Beech

Welcome to Powdered Sugar, a condo on Sugar Mountain with two suites. Just off of Highway 184, you have quick access to either Sugar Ski or Beech Ski. The main level features a beautiful kitchen with bar seating for four. There is an Alexa dot and a Keurig; listen to your favorite music while you enjoy a morning cup! The open living room has seating for all with a large sectional and a loveseat bench. There are racks for skis or snowboards on the back deck, and by the gas fireplace (useable Seasonally; turned off May-October) you'll find a boot and glove dryer. There is a half bath and laundry center on the main level. The spiral staircase leads you to each of the two suites. To the left is the Queen with a private bath and a tub/shower combo. On the right is a Queen over Queen bunk with a private full bath, TV and deck access. Both bedrooms, as well as the kitchen, has USB outlets for your charging convenience. This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. Please check with us for our cancellation policy. Check In time is after 4pm. Check Out time is by 10am. Linens and towels provided. AWD/4WD is needed in the winter time for all of our mountain homes. Please be sure to have the appropriate vehicle in case of inclement weather. Fireplace non-operational
