Sprawling Abiqua Creek Property in Silverton

This serene property backs up to Abiqua Creek just outside the charming town of Silverton. Enjoy country living at its best five miles from downtown. Peruse the spectacular Oregon Garden or take a hike through the breathtaking Silver Falls State Park while you're here. The property is heavily treed for privacy with wide open spaces and patios in the front and back yards. An orchard out front includes mature apple, pear and plum trees that guests can pick and eat seasonally. Inside, enjoy a wide open floor plan with quirky charm and spectacular bay window views of the property and surrounding hills. The house includes a spacious kitchen and 2 queen beds, a futon and an air mattress. Guests have access to our day-use parking permit for all Oregon State parks, including Silver Falls State Park. The replacement fee is $50.00, so please be sure to return it to the "KEYS" hook before your stay is over. We will be available by telephone if you have any questions or concerns. We also have neighbors who are available to assist you in certain cases. The property is only five miles from downtown Silverton. We had to change our dog policy because we had too many negative experiences that involved dogs and damaged items. If you have a special request or a service animal, please send us a private message.
