Located on a secluded dead end street, 100 feet from the lake located across the street. 10 min walk to main street / Gyro Beach Master bedroom: King bed, dresser, 2 side tables, and large closet with French doors leading to the covered deck. 2nd bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 dresser and a nightstand. 3rd bedroom: 2 matching single beds, dresser and side table. Kitchen: Stove/Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Keuriq coffee machine (uses pods), waffle maker and lots of cupboard space. Living Room: Furnished, TV (with cable), window seat in front of Bay window with view of the lake. Main Bathroom: Large shower with vanity. Bath towels, face and hand towels provided as well as beach towels. Ensuite Bathroom: Bathtub and shower, vanity. Deck: 12x24 covered, with a partial beach view. Patio furniture includes a large table with seating for 4 as well as a gravity chair for lounging. Gas BBQ. Public Beach: This house is mere steps from the sandy beach with a swing set, playground and picnic tables. Close to all Osoyoos has to offer! Guest access You will have full use of the house.
