On the ground level, there is plenty of parking, a dry under the house entry, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, fish cleaning table, and a spacious pool area with charcoal and gas grills. A hot tub is located on the 2nd floor balcony with both pool and sweeping ocean views. The entrance level of the home is furnished with a spacious game room with pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 is a Queen bedroom with access to a full bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom 2 is a spacious King bedroom with private attached bathroom and a view of the pool area.
