Canoe launch on Dead River leading to Flagstaff across street from Lodge. Great hunting from bird season thru deer. ATV trail short distance from Lodge. Less than 1/4 mile. We have a large side yard perfect for outdoor games. Also a fire pit area. Guests also have access to the Dead River directly across Lodge on Sylvester Farm property. Bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy miles of river. Also great salmon and trout fishing. Also you can rent from Pines Market. Lodge guests have shared use of dock and river access on my farm property across the street from Lodge. Sylvester Farm is also available for rent and is listed on vrbo. Property sits on Arnold Trail. Snowmobile from the property to all the popular Maine destinations. Also access to neighboring states and Canada. You are close to 2 ski mountains. Sugarloaf is less than 20 minutes away and Saddleback is 30 minutes from property. Owner resides in apartment at Lodge. Accessible by email or cell.
