This is a cozy cottage modern farm house. It sits at the end of a long private driveway surrounded by 250 acres. Beautiful views with trails & great outdoor space. 3 miles off Interstate 44 on the north side of town. Attractions include multiple wineries- St James Winery and the hip St James Public Brew house. Sybil’s restaurant, Just a Taste, Meramec Spring park & multiple rivers for float trips. Missouri S&T is 25 minutes away in Rolla Mo. The home is surrounded by cattle fields and hiking trails. The original Hen House is now a place to hang outside, play cornhole & BBQ. I will respect all guests privacy but if there’s any questions about the area or need help- we live on the property half mile away. Two miles on a county road close to the top dining at Sybil’s restaurant. Award winning wineries, trout fishing at Meramec Springs. Top Engineering University 20 miles away- Missouri S&T. Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla Mo It’s great to have your own car to go to town! The location is on a paved road but the driveway is gravel and crosses a low water creek. Recommend driving slow on the private drive.
