This condo enjoys unparalleled views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and kitchen. Located at Resort Villas of Indian River Plantation, this 1BR one bath unit has the ideal SE exposure for season and is just steps from the pool - and the beach! Perfect for your beachfront getaway, the unit includes private beach access, a heated pool, BBQ grills poolside, and outdoor showers. The condo is fully furnished featuring a full kitchen, two TVS, Comcast TV and Internet, a lush king bed, very comfy sleeper sofa, and air mattresses (if preferred) to accommodate up four adults or five people including children. A full beach kit including umbrellas, beach blanket, beach bag, and noodles comes with the unit for your use.
