This Listing consists of 2 units: - Main House: has 3 bed / 3 baths - Guest House: 1 bed/1 bath Please be informed of the sleeping arrangement. This house can comfortably sleep 10 in the 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 king beds and 1 convertible full size sofa bed. If you have more than 10 people, the rest of your group can choose to sleep on either a couch (we have two 3 seater couch), 2 futon (1 single and 1 full size) or on an air mattress (single). Although our Listing allows for events, there is an additional fee. Please inquire with the host.
